Hi, I’m Dr. Connie. I’m so glad you are here. My education includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Master’s in Nutrition, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and a board certification in functional medicine. I am also a registered dietitian and a nationally certified Pilates practitioner. I am an Experienced Yoga practitioner at the 500-hour level and the founder of Functional Yoga Medicine ™. 

 

Most importantly, I am a mom to two amazing men and two dogs, which I consider my top priority.
