It seems like there's always a new health solution popping up on the market. Rather than chasing all the "fad" diets, experts, supplements, or exercises, first redefine what it means to truly BE HEALTHY. Your version of healthy will likely look different from someone else's version of healthy, so what works for them might not necessarily be what's best for you. As we start to look towards the new year, it's important to start with a strong foundation, which is built from knowing YOUR health goals, and bringing awareness to what no longer serves you.
