Adding organic beef to your pasta dish is another valuable change. Organic beef comes from cattle that graze on pesticide-free pastures and are often raised without antibiotics or synthetic hormones. This means you and your family are consuming higher quality meat. It's these little choices that can make a meal nutritious instead of unhealthy
Banza pasta one-pack
Rao pasta sauce X 2
1 lb lean grass-fed ground beef
1 TBSP garlic minced
1 whole onion diced
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Boil a pot of water for the pasta and cook according to package directions.
In a pan, cook ground beef, garlic, and onions until meat is cooked
Add Rao pasta sauce and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Layer the pasta sauce, pasta, and cheese in a baking pan and repeat until the ingredients are used.
Sprinkle cheese on top and place in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
Serve and enjoy.
You will have left over, which is even better the next day.
