1 Packet Mccormick low sodium chili seasoning
Organic ground chicken or turkey
1 can sweet corn
1 can red beans rinsed
1/2 green pepper diced
1 onion diced
1/2 cup of carrots diced
5 fresh tomatoes diced or 2 16oz canned diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
1 pack of Banza pasta
Cook pasta according to package directions rinse and set aside
In a pan, cook the ground meat and once cooked add seasoning and all vegetables
Bring to simmer for 10 minutes
Serve over banza pasta and sprinkle shredded cheese of your choice.
