Sausage Veggie Stir Fry
1 lb pasture-raised organic pork sausage from wild pastures diced
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup broccoli
½ cup chopped carrots
½ cup sweat peas
½ sliced onion
1 TBSP oyster sauce
1 TBSP avocado oil
2 cups rice cooked
Cook rice according to directions
Chop up all the vegetables and set aside
Add oil to the wok and place the chopped sausage in the wok and stir fry until cooked 5 minutes
Add the vegetables and stir well
Add the oyster sauce and add more if you need
Plate the food and add sriracha sauce if you want spicy and enjoy!
