Much of what you do everyday is on autopilot. This is the part of the mind that we refer to in our Alkaline Method™ as the subconscious mind. Subconscious meaning you are not “aware”. The flip side to this is the conscious mind, which is the second element of the Alkaline Method™. What’s important for you to recognize is that 90% of all that you think, feel, and do is based on past conditioning directly from your subconscious mind. Your conscious mind can only direct 10% of all that you do. If you find yourself less than happy in the work that you do, it’s time to discover what identity you’re holding in your subconscious to get to the root cause of your perpetual discontentment.
