Chili

by Connie Cheung

Creating a colorful holiday chili dinner for my loved ones is not just about preparing a meal; it’s an expression of care and a celebration of health.

By incorporating my favorite vegetables, spices, and proteins, I ensure that each bowl is not only visually appealing but also packed with nutrients. This chili is a hearty and wholesome dish, perfect for nurturing gut health, thanks to the fiber-rich vegetables and lean proteins used .

I always prioritize using organic and farm-grown ingredients, as they tend to be fresher and free of harmful pesticides. These choices contribute to a cleaner and more nutrient-dense meal.
