Salad with homemade dressing

by Connie Cheung

Choosing to make homemade salads and dressings is a game-changer for gut health✨

Every fresh ingredient added carries its own array of beneficial microbes and fiber, essential for a thriving gut microbiome. Store-bought dressings often contain preservatives, sugars, and unhealthy fats which can disrupt this delicate balance.

By crafting your own dressings, you’re ensuring the use of whole, natural ingredients like olive oil, raw apple cider vinegar, and fresh herbs — all promoting a happy gut! 🧘🏻
