This advanced training will dive deeper into kinesiology, arthrokinematics, prenatal and women’s health yoga, chakra and endocrine systems (hormones), tactile cueing, advanced sequencing, meditation, and more. This program will take you deeper into the knowledge and understanding of yoga’s deeper aspects as you journey through the eight limbs of yoga. Expect to grow above and beyond your wildest dreams.
