Fish Sauce

chopped green onion
Instructions
Cook the bean sprouts according to package directions. Once cooked, rinse the bean sprouts and add to a bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl.
Mix to evenly coat the bean sprouts. It is best to use your hands to mix!
