Shabu Shabu meat from Asian grocery store
beef or pork
Mushrooms
shitake
Udon noodles
Asian Napa Cabbage chopped
Chinese broccoli
Bok Choy
Korean Fish Cakes
optional
Any veggies of your choice
Dasi package
Sauce
Garlic, Siracha sauce, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, scallion, toasted sesame oil, Thai chili peppers (optional)
Instructions
Using an electric pot is best
Place 4 cups of water with dasi pack
Once water comes to a boil, add meat, veggies, or Fish cakes, and start eating and cooking as you go.
