Sausage Veggie Stir Fry

by Connie Cheung

Juggling life as a business owner and a mom to two active boys, I’ve never been big on spending hours in the kitchen. However, ensuring my family gets nutritious meals? That’s top priority ✅

Here’s a winner from my recipe stash that’s ready in under 15 minutes – the Quick & Easy Sausage Stir Fry Recipe! 🥓

I aim to balance veggies, proteins, and carbs in every meal. And honestly, toss in whatever veggies you’ve got in your fridge! My favorites include:

🍄 Mushrooms
🧅 Onions
🥬 Cabbage

For the sausage, I opt for those from wild pastures and always lean towards organic farming to keep it as natural as possible. Sausages are such a convenient protein boost! ✨
