Bean Sprout Recipe

I grew up with my mother making many dishes using Korean bean sprouts. These savory bean sprouts can be eaten as a snack or side dish, and are packed with essential vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bean sprouts
  • 2 TBSP Fish Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Gochugaru
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 2 TBSP Sesame oil
  • 2 TBSP chopped green onion

Directions

  • Cook the bean sprouts according to package directions. Once cooked, rinse the bean sprouts and add to a bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl.
  • Mix to evenly coat the bean sprouts. It is best to use your hands to mix!
  • Enjoy!
