I grew up with my mother making many dishes using Korean bean sprouts. These savory bean sprouts can be eaten as a snack or side dish, and are packed with essential vitamins, minerals and fiber.
Bean sprout recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb bean sprouts
- 2 TBSP Fish Sauce
- 2 TBSP Gochugaru
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 TBSP Sesame oil
- 2 TBSP chopped green onion
Directions
- Cook the bean sprouts according to package directions. Once cooked, rinse the bean sprouts and add to a bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl.
- Mix to evenly coat the bean sprouts. It is best to use your hands to mix!
