Who’s is ready to enjoy gut friendly tofu fritters?
Sesame leaves are a common ingredient in Korean ingredients and I LOVE to use them in my meals! This meal is egg and tofu heavy, so these fritters are full of protein. Let’s dive into tofu and why is it good for you and your gut health
Tofu is a great source of plant-based protein. Protein is essential for cell growth, repair, and maintenance – crucial for our body. Tofu is also a rich source of digestive enzymes, such as lipases and proteases, which can help the breakdown and absorption of nutrients. These enzymes can support digestive health and improve nutrient availability
This is a simple and YUMMY meal for your day to day!
